1. Who we are
HYBRIDGE is a conference organised by Annion (the "organiser"). This website (hybridgeglobal.com) is operated by Annion. Identifying details, registered address and contact channels are listed in the legal notice.
2. Scope
These terms govern (a) your use of this website, including any public forms, and (b) any registration you make for the HYBRIDGE conference. They sit alongside our privacy notice and cookie policy.
3. Registration and tickets
- A registration is confirmed once payment clears via our hosted Revolut checkout. Submitting the form alone is a request — your seat is reserved only after the payment is settled.
- Prices and discount conditions on the website are valid until the stated deadline (e.g. early-bird ends 30 July 2026). The organiser may withdraw or change pricing for future bookings without notice.
- VAT and other applicable taxes are added at invoicing time according to the rules of the registrant's jurisdiction.
- Tickets are nominative. Substituting one named attendee for another is free of charge up to 7 days before the event, subject to written notification.
- Payments are processed by Revolut. You are redirected to Revolut's secure environment to complete the transaction with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay — we never see or store your card details.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Substitutions, cancellation deadlines, transfer fees to the next edition and refund timing are set out in the dedicated cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. The summary: free substitution up to 7 days before the event; a fixed administrative fee for cancellations more than 50 days out; transfer to the 2027 edition between 50 and 20 days out; and no refund or transfer inside the final 20 days. All notices must be sent in writing to hello@hybridgeglobal.com.
5. Force majeure and programme changes
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, speakers, venue or dates if circumstances require it. We will notify registrants as soon as practical. In the event of cancellation by the organiser due to force majeure (including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, transport disruption affecting a material number of attendees), registrants will receive a full credit toward the next edition or a refund minus unavoidable costs already incurred on their behalf.
6. Conduct at the event
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, staff and other delegates. The organiser may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave whose behaviour disrupts the event, without refund.
7. Recording, photography and confidentiality
- We may photograph and video-record sessions for the organiser's own use (website, marketing, future editions). By attending, you accept that you may appear in such material. Tell the staff on arrival if you object and we will do our best to keep you out of frame.
- Some sessions and round tables may be designated as Chatham-House Rule. Attendees are expected to respect that designation.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, brand identity) is the property of Annion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Slides and materials shared during the event remain the property of the respective presenters and may not be reproduced without their written permission.
9. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to use this site to: (a) submit false, abusive or spam-like information through any form; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system; (c) interfere with the normal operation of the site through automated means. Public forms are protected by Altcha, a self-hosted, cookie-free anti-spam challenge.
10. Liability
The organiser provides the conference and this website on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the programme is accurate and the site is available, but make no warranty beyond what is required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your attendance is limited to the amount you paid for the registration.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always at this URL with the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes to registration terms will not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed.
